本装置主要有两个防护罩。第一个护罩工作时位于工件的上面,同时喷冷却液。而且还可以在砂轮退回后也旋离工作位置。第二个护罩在装卸工件时位于工件与砂轮之间,与第一护罩配合后可很好地保护操作者及工件。当砂轮破裂时第一护罩内的冷却液还具有吸收碎片打击力的作用。
The device has two main shields. The first guard is located above the work piece while spraying coolant. But also after the wheel returned from the working position. The second guard is located between the work piece and the grinding wheel during loading and unloading of the work piece, and cooperates with the first guard to protect the operator and the work piece well. The coolant in the first shroud also has the effect of absorbing debris strike force when the wheel breaks.
