1 概述科技的发展使得旋转机械日趋高速化、大型化、精密化。对于汽轮发电机组,由于容量不断提高,仅就其转子而言,要求跨数增多,跨距加长,使其振动特性更加复杂;为了使机组能安全运行,延长机组的使用寿命,就给设计制造部门带来了一个重要课题——如何减少其转子系统的振动。转子系统的振动是多样的,它包括转子的弯曲振动、扭转振动、圆盘(叶轮)的振动或盘上叶片的振动、轴承座振动和基础振动等等。转子的弯曲振动较为复杂,牵涉的因素较多,其中较为主要的原因就是转子存在着不平衡质
