PTC管桩在桩基和复合地基中的所发挥的作用不同,其承载特性也存在着一定的差异,因此对PTC管桩的侧摩阻特性和端阻特性的研究具有十分重要的意义。通过设计9根不同桩长的预应力混凝土试验管桩,在3组不同地质条件的现场进行静载试验,得到不同桩长PTC管桩的荷载-位移曲线,探讨了PTC管桩在软土地区的承载特性;采用在桩体主筋上预设钢筋应力计和桩底预埋土压力盒的方法得到其不同截面的轴力和桩端阻力,进而分析了不同荷载级别下侧摩阻力和桩端阻力的发挥特性,同时确定了极限状态下侧摩阻力和桩端阻力的荷载分担比,并根据土质特性研究了PTC管桩与不同土质土体的摩擦系数。
The function of PTC pile in pile foundation and composite foundation is different, and its bearing characteristics are also different. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the side frictional resistance and end-resistance characteristics of PTC pile. By designing nine prestressed concrete test pipe piles with different pile lengths, static load test was carried out on the scene of three groups of different geological conditions to get the load-displacement curves of different length piles of PTC pipe piles, and to discuss the effect of PTC pipe piles in the soft soil area . The axial force and the pile end resistance of different sections were obtained by using the prestressing steel bar stress meter and the buried earth pressure box on the main reinforcement of the pile body, and then the frictional resistance at the lower side and the pile end And the load sharing ratio of the lateral friction and the pile end resistance under the limit state was determined. The friction coefficient of the PTC pipe pile and the different soil soils was studied according to the soil characteristics.
