目的:了解护士呼吸道传染病医院感染防控知识掌握情况,为采取提高护士呼吸道传染病院感防控知识知晓率水平措施提供参考依据。方法:在参考相关文献的基础上自行设计调查问卷,并在问卷中设计护士一般资料和呼吸道传染病院感防控知识主要获得途径,随机抽取磐安县人民医院230名护士进行调查。宣教前对护士进行呼吸道传染病院感防控知识基线问卷调查,开展宣教干预后,对原调查对象再次进行调查,将宣教前后问卷资料录入统计软件进行对比分析。结果:224份有效问卷获得主要途径中,以参加讲座最高,占27.23%;其次为继续教育、护理查房和岗前培训,分别占23.21%、19.64%和15.63%。护士呼吸道传染病的控制知识知晓率宣教干预前为45.39%,干预后为64.32%,总体知晓率宣教前后比较有统计学意义(χ~2=18.286,P<0.01)。14个具体题目中,除了“呼吸道卫生/咳嗽礼节的应用要求”和“防护用品的存放”外,其余12个题目宣教前后比较均有统计学意义(χ~2为8.289以上,P<0.01)。结论:宣教培训是提高护士呼吸道传染病控制知识知晓率的有效手段,护理管理者应根据护士此次调查知识的薄弱点,对护士开展有针对性的宣教培训,提高护士呼吸道传染病院感控制知识知晓率,使护士遇到呼吸道传染病时能及时采取正确的控制措施,避免院内交叉感染,防止呼吸道传染病的院内流行和暴发。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the knowledge of prevention and control of nosocomial infection of respiratory infectious diseases in nurses, and to provide a reference for taking measures to raise awareness of nosocomial infection prevention and control knowledge of nurses. Methods: Based on the relevant literature, the questionnaire was designed on its own and the main information of prevention and control knowledge about nurses in respiratory tract was designed in the questionnaire. 230 nurses from Pan’an People ’s Hospital were randomly selected for investigation. Before the missionary training, the baseline questionnaire of knowledge on prevention and control of respiratory infection in nurses was conducted. After the missionary intervention was carried out, the original respondents were investigated again and the questionnaire data before and after the mission were put into statistical software for comparative analysis. Results: Of the 224 valid questionnaires, 27.23% of the participants answered the questionnaire, followed by 23.21%, 19.64% and 15.63% of continuing education, nursing rounds and pre-job training respectively. The awareness rate of control knowledge of respiratory infectious diseases in nurses was 45.39% before intervention and 64.32% after intervention. The overall awareness rate before and after the mission was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 18.286, P <0.01). Among the 14 specific topics, the remaining 12 subjects were statistically significant before and after the mission (χ ~ 2 = 8.289 or above), except for “Respiratory Health / Cough Etiquette Requirements” and “Protective Equipment Storage” P <0.01). Conclusion: Discipline training is an effective way to improve the awareness rate of respiratory infection control in nurses. Nursing managers should carry out targeted education and training to nurses based on the weaknesses of nurses’ knowledge of this investigation, so as to improve the awareness of nursery control of respiratory tract infections Awareness rate, so that nurses encounter respiratory tract infection can take timely and proper control measures to prevent cross-infection in the hospital to prevent the epidemic of respiratory infectious diseases and outbreaks.
