门诊是医院向社会提供医疗服务的第一线,合理地组织与科学地管理好门诊各项工作是非常重要的。门诊就诊包括诊疗人次、就诊时间等多方面因素。而门诊诊疗人次首先反映的是医院的门诊工作量,也就是指病人经门诊挂号,并经医生诊断处理的人次数。它是门诊效率与工作质量统计的基础,也是各级领导进行经济和行政管理以及预测门诊工作量所必需的数据资料。现将我院95年门诊就诊资料分析如下: 1995年,全年门诊总人次为117310次,以4、7月份最多。普通门诊总人数是60918次,占门诊人数
Out-patient clinics are the first line for hospitals to provide medical services to the society. It is very important to organize and scientifically manage all kinds of out-patient clinics. Outpatient visits include many factors such as the number of visits and visit time. The number of outpatient visits first reflects the outpatient workload of the hospital, that is, the number of patients who have been registered by the clinic and diagnosed by the doctor. It is the basis for outpatient efficiency and work quality statistics, and it is also the data necessary for leaders at all levels to conduct economic and administrative management and forecast outpatient workload.
