从流域的科学管理入手,介绍了流域管理信息系统WMIS的组成设计、数据库及其功能。并结合岳家沟小流域的实践,说明了流域信息管理系统在进行流域土地资源评价和土地利用规划中的应用。该研究对于流域土地资源的调查、管理及开发利用皆具有很大促进作用,为流域的科学管理打下了一定基础。
Beginning with the scientific management of the basin, the composition design, database and functions of the basin management information system WMIS are introduced. Combined with the practice of Yuejiagou small watershed, the application of watershed information management system in land resources evaluation and land use planning of watershed was illustrated. This research has a great promotion effect on the investigation, management and development and utilization of land resources in the basin, laying a solid foundation for the scientific management of the basin.
