目的:研究慢性氟中毒大鼠软骨中丝氨酸蛋白水解酶(SPE)活性的变化。方法:用不同饲料喂养大白鼠,测定软骨中的SPE活力。结果:偏食大鼠在饮用含200ppm氟化钠水10周后,股骨头软骨和肋软骨中SPE蛋白水解酶活力仅显著高于正常膳食和饮氟水组;而与单纯偏食组比较无显著差异。两个偏食组动物软骨中DNA含量也明显高于两个正常膳食组,但饮氟水未能使软骨中的DNA含量改变。结论:高氟可能提高营养不良鼠软骨中的SPE活力。
Objective: To study the changes of serine proteolytic enzyme (SPE) activity in cartilage of chronic fluorosis rats. Methods: Rats were fed with different diets and the SPE activity in cartilage was measured. Results: The SPE proteolytic enzyme activity in the femoral head cartilage and costal cartilage in the partial eclipse rats was significantly higher than that in the normal diet and the fluoride drinking water group after 10 weeks of drinking 200ppm sodium fluoride water, but no significant difference compared with the simple partial eclipse group . The contents of DNA in the cartilage of two partial eclipse groups were also significantly higher than those of two normal diet groups, but the drinking water did not change the DNA content in cartilage. Conclusions: High fluoride may improve SPE activity in malnutrition rat cartilage.
