掐指算来,我担任青浦县教师进修学校中学教研员的工作,至今已有17个春秋。因为这项工作尚无前人留下的蓝本可以“照葫芦画石禁瓢”,所以,只得“摸着石子过河”。于是,挫折、烦恼、徬徨、苦衷接踵而至,而黎明的曙色、盛开的鲜花、成功的喜悦又时常催我奋进。 10余年来,我们青浦县的教学研究工作实现了“两次转折”。第一次,从单纯的升学考试研究转到端正教育思想,采取科学态度,为大面积提高教学质量创造性地工作。第二次,从单纯的智商研究转到从青浦县的社会、经济、人才需求等更为广阔的背景下,
In the meantime, I worked as a teacher and teacher researcher in the Qingpu Teachers’ Training School. There have been 17 years since then.
