妊娠期仰卧性低血压综合征,我院遇到一例,现报道如下。苏某,26岁,住院号25854,因足月妊娠,有不规律宫缩,于1981年3月15日入院。孕1产0。自妊娠四个月以来,仰卧时即有胸闷、气短。既往健康,无心脏病史。查体血压110/70mmHg,脉搏76次/分,心肺正常,宫底剑下2指,头先露,部分入盆,骨盆测量正常,无产兆。3月17日突然出现胎动频繁,胎心听不清,经吸氧、可拉明注射后,胎心可闻,但不规律,立即在局麻下行剖腹产术,按常规仰卧位进行手术。当分离腹直肌时,病员发出濒死
