目的:对免疫复方的化学成分进行系统研究。方法:利用大孔吸附树脂色谱、硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱和中低压制备色谱等手段进行分离,依据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从免疫复方的大孔吸附树脂90%乙醇洗脱部分分得10个化合物,分别鉴定为咖啡酸乙酯(1),芹菜素(2),丹酚酸A甲酯(3),丹酚酸N(4),迷迭香酸(5),丹酚酸A(6),紫草酸B甲酯(7),丹酚酸B(8),没食子酰芍药苷(9),丁二酸(10)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从免疫复方中分得,其中化合物1~7来源于丹参,化合物8来源于牡丹皮,化合物9和10来源于老头草。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of immune compound systematically. Methods: The compounds were isolated by macroporous adsorption resin chromatography, silica gel column chromatography, gel column chromatography and medium and low pressure preparative chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results: Ten compounds were eluted from the macroporous adsorption resin 90% ethanol of immunocomplex. The compounds were identified as caffeic acid ethyl ester (1), apigenin (2), salvianolic acid methyl ester (3) (4), rosmarinic acid (5), salvianolic acid A (6), lithospermate B (7), salvianolic acid B (8), galloyl paeoniflorin (9) Acid (10). CONCLUSION: The above compounds were obtained from immunocomplex for the first time. Compounds 1 to 7 were derived from Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. Compound 8 was derived from Cortex Moutan. Compounds 9 and 10 were derived from Cynanchum grass.
