去年起,上海楼市供销两旺,进入了新的一轮高速发展期。 各大商业银行推出的住房贷款业务,在一定程度上为消费者打足了底气。截至去年9月末,上海市个人住房贷款额达809.3亿元,贷款新增额257.69亿元,贷款户共计20.26万户。2001年1-9月,商品房批准面积1288万平方米,同比增长25.1%;销售登记面积1599万平方米,同比增长25.1%;供求比例为1∶1.24。直到去年第四季度,供求紧张程度才有所缓解。
