本文研究了G20CrNi2MoA渗碳轴承钢套圈锻件经空冷、正火+高温回火、高温回火、普通退火、等温退火等不同预处理,对渗碳热处理后的表面和心部组织、机械性能、变形、晶粒度、表面含碳量及渗碳层深度的影响,证实预处理效果并不明显。认为锻件的预处理应以降低硬度、改善车加工性能为主,可不经正火而直接采用高温回火等处理,以简化工艺,减少加热设备、节约能源消耗。附图3幅,表5个。
In this paper, different pretreatments of G20CrNi2MoA carburized bearing ring ferrule forgings, such as air-cooling, normalizing and high temperature tempering, high temperature tempering, normal annealing and isothermal annealing, were studied.
