高校学生党支部是学生基层党组织的战斗堡垒,其水平的高低直接影响着大学生党建工作的成效。在面对多元化社会,大学生存在有理想信念淡薄、先锋模范作用不明显、支部形式过于单一等问题。面对这些问题,本文提出了相应的对策思考,创新教育方式,丰富支部建设内涵,通过水波理论效应促进党员密切联系群众工作,充分发挥基层党组织和学生党员的先进性作用。
The college student party branch is the fighting bastion of the students’ grass-roots party organizations. The level of the student party directly affects the achievements of the party building of the university students. In the face of a pluralistic society, undergraduates have the problems of weak ideals and beliefs, insignificant vanguard and model functions, and overly single branch forms. In the face of these problems, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures, innovating education methods, enriching the connotation of branch construction, promoting the Party members to work closely with the masses through the wave theory effect, and giving full play to the advanced nature of the grassroots party members and student party members.
