目的:研究RECK蛋白和MMP-2在牙周炎中的表达及其相互关系。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测56例牙周炎患者牙周组织和16例正常牙龈组织中RECK和MMP-2的表达。结果:RECK在16例正常牙龈组织中的阳性表达率100%,而在牙周炎牙龈组织中的阳性表达率为51.8%。MMP-2在正常牙龈组织中的阳性表达率为31.3%,而在牙周炎牙龈组织中的阳性表达率为76.8%。牙周炎中RECK与MMP-2的表达呈负相关(P<0.01,r=-0.300)。结论:RECK可能通过调控MMP-2来影响牙周炎的发生与发展。
Objective: To study the expression of RECK protein and MMP-2 in periodontitis and their relationship. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of RECK and MMP-2 in 56 cases of periodontitis and 16 cases of normal gingival tissues. Results: The positive rate of RECK was 100% in 16 normal gingival tissues and 51.8% in periodontitis gingival tissues. The positive expression rate of MMP-2 in normal gingival tissues was 31.3%, while the positive expression rate in periodontitis gingival tissues was 76.8%. The expression of RECK and MMP-2 in periodontitis was negatively correlated (P <0.01, r = -0.300). Conclusion: RECK may affect the occurrence and development of periodontitis by regulating MMP-2.
