长治市英雄路百货商场,面临万商云集.对手林立的激烈竞争局面,在全省同行业中遥遥领先.1986年在全省十大百货商场的九项经济指标考核中,又夺得了五项经济指标的全省第一。1986年,被团中央和商业部列为“全国城市文明经营示范单位”。他们在百家经商、千家竞争的形势下何以能独占鳌头呢?就此,我们走访了这个商场的经理郭友斌和书记刘联铁等同志,揭开了他们立于不败之地的经营谋略:“三力”合一力,企业增活力。
