以片层状NbSe2为原料,通过粉末冶金复压复烧的方法制备出不同质量分数的NbSe2/Cu复合材料。对复合材料的显微结构、物理性能及摩擦磨损性能进行了研究。结果表明,NbSe2的加入可显著提高材料的摩擦学性能。这是由于复合材料在摩擦热和变形挤压的共同作用下,基体中NbSe2被逐渐挤出,形成了NbSe2的固体润滑膜。NbSe2表面镀Cu可提高NbSe2与Cu基体的界面结合强度,所形成的固体自润滑膜不易脱落且更加完整,从而使复合材料具有更优异的物理性能和摩擦学性能。
The NbSe2 / Cu composites with different mass fractions were prepared by lamellar NbSe2 as raw material and by the complex reprocessing by powder metallurgy. The microstructure, physical properties and friction and wear properties of the composites were studied. The results show that the addition of NbSe2 can significantly improve the tribological properties of the material. This is because the composite under the action of frictional heat and deformation of the extrusion, the matrix is gradually extruded NbSe2, forming a solid lubricating film of NbSe2. Cu plating on the surface of NbSe2 can improve the interfacial bonding strength between NbSe2 and Cu matrix, and the solid self-lubricating film formed is not easy to fall off and become more complete, so that the composite has more excellent physical and tribological properties.
