农业科技企业是发展农业科技的重要载体,农业科技企业竞争力的提升是其自身生存和发展的根本途径。采用层次分析法和德尔菲法,从构建农业科技企业竞争力影响因素评价指标体系出发,对16项影响保定市农业科技企业竞争力的因素进行计算分析,发现技术创新能力、财务能力、资金和管理能力是影响保定市农业科技企业竞争力的关键因素,要提升农业科技企业的竞争力,需要从企业自身和政府两个角度作出努力。
Agricultural science and technology enterprises are an important carrier for the development of agricultural science and technology. The enhancement of the competitiveness of agricultural science and technology enterprises is the fundamental way for their own survival and development. Using analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method, from the index system of evaluating the competitiveness of agricultural science and technology enterprises, 16 factors that affect the competitiveness of agricultural science and technology enterprises in Baoding city were calculated and analyzed. It was found that technological innovation ability, financial ability, Management ability is the key factor affecting the competitiveness of agricultural science and technology enterprises in Baoding. To enhance the competitiveness of agricultural science and technology enterprises, efforts must be made from both the enterprise's own and government's perspectives.
