本实验采用正交试验法 ,以黄芪甲甙的提取率为主要评价指标 ,考察水提时间、提取次数和溶剂用量 ,对黄芪提取条件进行优选。
In this experiment, the orthogonal test method was adopted. The extraction rate of Astragalus membranaceus was the main evaluation index. The water extraction time, extraction times and solvent dosage were investigated to optimize the extraction conditions of Astragalus membranaceus.
