目的:比较正常糖代谢(NGT)、糖调节受损(IGR)、糖尿病(DM)等三组人群中血脂代谢的特点。方法:采用横断面分析的方法,对重庆地区21~89岁人群进行调查,根据口服糖耐量试验(OGTT)结果,将调查人群分为正常糖代谢(NGT)、糖调节受损(IGR)、糖尿病(DM)三组,分别比较各组间及每组男女间的血脂代谢状况。结果:NGT、IGR和DM组,TG、TC、LDL-c水平依次递增,而HDL-c水平则呈递减趋势。NGT组中男性高TG患病率显著高于女性(P<0.01),IGR组中女性高TG患病率则明显高于男性(P<0.01),在DM组中男女间高TG患病率无明显差别(P>0.05);在各组中女性的高TC患病率均高于男性(P<0.01)。结论:重庆地区人群血脂异常以高TG、TC、LDL-c为主,而IGR和DM人群中女性高TC患病率较男性更突出。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the characteristics of lipid metabolism in three groups of normal glucose metabolism (NGT), impaired glucose regulation (IGR) and diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods: A cross-sectional analysis was conducted to investigate the population aged 21-89 in Chongqing. According to the results of oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT), the survey population was divided into normal glucose metabolism (NGT), impaired glucose regulation (IGR) Diabetes mellitus (DM) three groups were compared between groups and between groups of men and women of blood lipid metabolism. Results: The levels of TG, TC and LDL-c in NGT, IGR and DM groups increased gradually, while the levels of HDL-c showed a decreasing trend. The prevalence of high TG in men with NGT was significantly higher than that in women (P <0.01). The prevalence of high TG in women with IGR was significantly higher than that in men (P <0.01) There was no significant difference (P> 0.05). The prevalence of high TC in women in each group was higher than that in men (P <0.01). Conclusion: The prevalence of dyslipidemia in Chongqing population is mainly high TG, TC and LDL-c, while the prevalence of high TC in women with IGR and DM is more prominent than that in men.
