ZL50型装载机动臂(见附图)的形体庞大,焊接部位多,焊接时支承难度较大,尺寸精度和位置精度要求较高。焊接后的整体变形一直是困扰焊接工艺的一大难题。由于动臂在承载能力、外观造型及实现产品功能上具有重要作用,因此在设计和制造中应特别予以重视。1.动臂制造工艺动臂制造工艺流程包括:下料—组焊—焊接—修磨—校形—机加工—涂装等工序。
