随着社会、经济的发展,学前教育得到了普遍的关注。党的“十七大”提出要“重视学前教育”后,学前教育更是受到了各级政府及有关部门的重视。2008年12月23日,浙江省人民政府在杭州市召开了全省学前教育工作会议。本刊今年连续刊登了介绍浙江省学前教育发展情况的相关文章,如第3期刊发了《政府主导强化责任制度创新全面促进——浙江省学前教育事业发展纪略》一文,第4期选发了杭州市和绍兴市两个交流材料,本期则选发德清县和宁波北仑区两个材料。这两个材料分别介绍的是发展农村和民办幼儿教育的先进经验,希望能给全国各地教育行政部门以借鉴。
With the social and economic development, pre-school education has received widespread attention. After the party’s “Seventeenth National Congress” proposed that “pre-school education should be emphasized,” pre-school education is also valued by the governments at all levels and relevant departments. On December 23, 2008, Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government held a meeting on pre-school education in Hangzhou. This article published a series of articles about the development of pre-school education in Zhejiang Province for the first time this year. For example, the third issue of the article entitled “Government-led Reinforcement of Liability System to Promote Innovation in an All-round Way-Summary of Pre-school Education in Zhejiang Province” Hangzhou and Shaoxing City, two exchange materials, the current election Deqing County and Ningbo Beilun two materials. The two materials respectively introduce the advanced experience in developing rural and private preschool education and hope to draw lessons from the educational administrations all over the country.
