高校创业文化包括创业精神文化、创业行为文化、创业物质文化和创业制度文化等四个层面的文化。绍兴职业技术学院范蠡商学院作为全国高校首家以“范蠡”命名的商学院,积极探索把“商圣”范蠡精神融入学院创业文化建设中,通过以下四种途径建设具有范蠡特色的校园创业文化以培养学生独特的创新精神和创业能力:一是培育创业精神文化,精神引导创业;二是丰富创业行为文化,提升创业实践能力;三是提供校园创业物质文化,实施创业帮扶;四是推进校园创业制度文化,优化创业环境。
Entrepreneurial culture in colleges and universities include entrepreneurial spirit culture, entrepreneurial behavior culture, entrepreneurial material culture and entrepreneurship culture and other four levels of culture. As the first university named after “Fan Li” in colleges and universities in our country, Fan Tao Business School of Shaoxing Polytechnic actively explored the integration of the spirit of “Shang St.” into the pioneering culture of the college and built a model with the characteristics of Fan Li through the following four ways Campus entrepreneurial culture to cultivate students’ unique innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability: First, cultivate entrepreneurial spirit and culture, the spirit of entrepreneurship; Second, enrich entrepreneurial behavior culture, improve entrepreneurial practice ability; Third, to provide the campus entrepreneurial material culture, the implementation of entrepreneurial help ; Fourth, promote the campus entrepreneurial system culture, optimize the business environment.
