作为中国酒店行业的新的增长势头,经济型连锁酒店的发展前景一片大好。而作为其代表的如家酒店集团,它的快速发展已经成为了一个风向标,为其他经济型酒店的发展指明方向,提供借鉴。如家酒店集团之所以如此成功,与其优秀的市场营销策略是密不可分的。因此,本文就如家酒店集团近几年的发展现状作了分析,总结了其市场营销策略及特征,并提出了一些建议。
As the new growth momentum of China’s hotel industry, the development prospects of economy chain hotels are excellent. As a representative of Home Inns Group, its rapid development has become a benchmark for the development of other economy hotels to provide direction for reference. Home Inns Group is so successful, and its excellent marketing strategy are inseparable. Therefore, this article made an analysis of the development status of Home Inns Group in recent years, summarized its marketing strategies and characteristics, and put forward some suggestions.
