本矿区开采太原群煤系,其中所夹的薄层灰岩岩溶发育,含水丰富,矿井常发生突水甚至淹没事故。为了达到安全、经济、合理的开采目的,十多年来我们认真开展矿井水文地质工作,通过坚持不断的调查与观测,初步掌握了岩溶发育规律,从而能较全面地分析矿井水文地质条件,正确地预测矿井涌水量,并利用这些规律制订有效的防治水措施,指导新区勘探,对开采布局提出建议。
