随着市场经济的繁荣,卫生防疫的基层网受到严重冲击。巩固基层防保网,适应新时期防保工作的需要,保障经济发展,安定社会秩序是县级卫生行政管理部门的重要任务。我县采取了5条措施稳定乡村防疫队伍,控制传染病发病,取得明显效果。 1、提高乡村两级防疫人员待遇。县政府规定,乡村医生从事防疫工作的劳务报酬不低于村委会成员年均收入的90％;到县、乡开会、学习发给每天3.5元的误工补贴。对乡卫生院防保组人员实行全额补贴,其待遇不低于同级医疗单位临床医生收入;并享受卫生防疫津贴、下乡补助费和有偿服务提成。
With the prosperity of the market economy, the grassroots network of health and epidemic prevention has been severely affected. To consolidate the primary defense network, meet the needs of prevention and protection work in the new period, ensure economic development, and stabilize the social order is an important task for county-level health administrative departments. My county took 5 measures to stabilize the rural epidemic prevention team, control the incidence of infectious diseases, and achieved remarkable results. 1, to improve the treatment of rural two-level immunization personnel. The county government stipulates that the remuneration for rural doctors engaged in anti-epidemic work shall be no less than 90% of the average annual income of the members of the village committee; meeting in counties and townships, study shall be paid 3.5 yuan per day for missed work subsidies. Full subsidy shall be granted to the personnel of the township hospital’s health protection group, and the treatment shall be no less than the clinician’s income of the medical unit at the same level; and shall enjoy the health and epidemic prevention allowance, the subsidy for the countryside and the paid service royalty.
