昏迷(coma)是一种极严重的意识障碍,通常提示疾病严重与生命垂危。昏迷患者约占急诊内科患者总数的5%左右,死亡率高达20%左右,其诊断和治疗涉及多专业、多学科知识。因昏迷患者难于提供病史及配合检查,这对临床医生在紧急情况下作出正确的诊治带来了一定的困难。实施急救措施是否符合科学流程,不仅反映了医院急诊专业技术水平,且对进一步诊治和提高抢救成功率至关重要〔1〕。本文对我院急诊内科2008-02-2013-02
Coma is a very serious disturbance of consciousness and often indicates a serious illness and dying of life.
