根据《深圳经济特区房地产登记条例》第四十八条规定,我局对下列申请人申请补发房地产权利证书,已经初步审定,现予以公告。有异议者请将书面材料自公告之日起六个月内送达我局罗湖分局房地产权登记管理科,逾期我局将核准登记,补发新的房地产权利证书,原房地产证作废。(二○○三年十二月十二日)
According to the “Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Real Estate Registration Regulations” Article 48, the Bureau of the following applicants to apply for replacement real estate rights certificate, has been initially validated, are to be announced. Those who disagree please submit the written materials within six months from the date of the announcement to the Real Estate Rights Registration and Management Section of Luohu Branch of our bureau. If the deadline expires, I will approve the registration and reissue the new real estate rights certificate and nullify the original real estate certificate. (December 12, 2003)
