我们生活在一个伟大而精彩的时代。过去的30多年来,中国的经济发展取得了巨大的成就,民主和法治建设也蓬勃发展,精彩纷呈。2003年以来,随着“问责风暴”开始隆重登场,此起彼伏,有关问责问题的研究也从无到有,取得了可观的成绩。我近年来主要从事问责问题的研究,也时刻关注着这方面的研究现状。韩志明教授出版的《让权利运用起来——公民问责的理论与实践研究》一书,是他国家社科基金项目的最终成果,是 We live in a great and wonderful time. In recent years, I mainly engaged in the study of accountability issues, but also always pay attention to the current research situation in this area. Professor Han Zhiming’s book, “Making Use of Rights - A Study of the Theory and Practice of Citizen Accountability”, is the final result of his national social science fund project.
