[目的]了解生活事件对大学生自杀意念的影响,为预防该人群的自杀提供理论依据。[方法]自行设计调查问卷,采用分层整群随机抽样方法抽取广州某高校885名大学生进行调查,通过秩和检验及多因素的logistic回归模型分析生活事件与自杀意念的相关关系。[结果]近1周内大学生的自杀意念发生率为7.4%,学习压力,挫折因子与人际关系矛盾是大学生主要的应激源,自杀意念组在负性生活事件的平均应激量高于无自杀意念组,对所学专业不感兴趣或想转专业(OR=1.257)、与同班同学有矛盾(OR=1.322)、钱物丢失或被盗(OR=1.470)是大学生产生自杀意念的危险因素,而与班级大多数同学能和睦相处(OR=0.701)是保护因素。[结论]根据生活事件对大学生自杀意念的影响特点,有针对性地减少与自杀意念的产生密切相关的生活事件的发生或减轻其影响程度,同时开展相应的心理教育及辅导,预防大学生自杀意念以及自杀行为的发生。
[Objective] To understand the impact of life events on college students’ suicidal ideation and provide a theoretical basis for preventing suicide among them. [Methods] The questionnaire was designed by ourselves. A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to investigate 885 college students in a university in Guangzhou. The relationship between life events and suicidal ideation was analyzed by rank sum test and multivariate logistic regression model. [Results] The incidence rate of suicidal ideation among college students in one week was 7.4%. The contradiction between study stress, frustration factor and interpersonal relationship was the major stressors of college students. The average stress of suicidal ideation group was higher than that of negative life events (OR = 1.257), contradictory with their classmates (OR = 1.322), lost or stolen money (OR = 1.470) were the risk factors of college students’ suicidal ideation , And most of the classmates can live in harmony (OR = 0.701) is a protective factor. [Conclusion] According to the influence of life events on the suicidal ideation of college students, we can reduce the incidence of life events that are closely related to the suicide ideation and mitigate the impact of suicidal ideation, at the same time carry out psychological education and counseling to prevent the suicidal ideation of college students As well as the occurrence of suicidal behavior.
