当今世界文化呈现出剧烈趋同与剧烈对抗的悖谬现象,一方面是以美国为首的西方发达国家文化,借助于强大的经济、科技实力迅速向发展中非西方国家浸透,形成无所不在的文化霸权;另一方面则是非西方的发展中国家在迅速现代化的同时,主张民族化以抵挡西方文化霸权。在大量东方发展中国家,尤其是中国这个具有几千年文明传统的国家,民族化即是对于东方文化特征——“东方性”的强调与弘扬。目前,弘扬民族文化已经成为海内与海外、官方与民间的共同呼声。
On the one hand, the culture of Western developed countries headed by the United States has rapidly impregnated the developing West African countries with the help of its strong economic and scientific and technological strength to form a ubiquitous cultural hegemony; and on the other hand, the current world culture has shown the absurd phenomenon of fierce convergence and fierce confrontation. On the one hand, non-western developing countries, while rapidly modernizing, advocate nationalization to resist the western cultural hegemony. In a large number of developing countries in the world, especially China, a country with thousands of years of civilized tradition, nationalization is the emphasis and promotion of the oriental culture, the oriental feature. At present, carrying forward the national culture has become a common call both at home and abroad, between the government and the people.
