分析了掘进机自动化、智能化的发展趋势,介绍了掘进机智能控制技术应考虑的问题。根据智能控制系统的工作要求,选择了适宜的运动控制卡、高灵敏度和高反应速度的位置传感器、数据采集卡。软件的设计完成了各模块的功能划分。控制系统用VB6.0开发,Window标准界面样式,完成了自动采集、分析、校准等功能。
The trend of automation and intelligence of roadheader is analyzed. The problems that should be considered in roadheader intelligent control technology are introduced. According to the working requirements of intelligent control system, the appropriate motion control card, position sensor with high sensitivity and high reaction speed and data acquisition card are selected. Software design completed the functional division of each module. Control system with VB6.0 development, Window standard interface style, completed the automatic acquisition, analysis, calibration and other functions.
