文章基于贸易自由与知识产权的视角,探讨了贸易自由和知识产权的理想状态下平行输入的协同效应,由此产生了贸易广泛性、贸易效率性、贸易竞争性正面效应;然而,当两者处于背离状态时会造成挤兑效应,由此产生渠道排他性问题、价格排他性问题和品牌排他性问题,最后为国际营销企业预防和应对挤兑效应提出了观念创新策略、渠道策略、价格策略和产品策略。
Based on the perspective of trade freedom and intellectual property, the article explores the synergistic effect of parallel input under the ideal state of trade freedom and intellectual property rights, thus resulting in the positive effects of trade universality, trade efficiency and trade competitiveness. However, when both In the case of divergence, the effect of run-off will be resulted. As a result, channel exclusivity, price exclusivity and brand exclusivity will be raised. Finally, the concept innovation strategy, channel strategy, price strategy and product strategy are put forward for the international marketing enterprises to prevent and deal with the run-away effect.
