以华甜玉 1号为试材 ,系统地研究了甜玉米籽粒长、宽、厚、体积、鲜重、干重、含水量、可溶性糖等变化动态。结果表明 :受精开始后 ,甜玉米籽粒长、宽、厚、体积都在持续增加。粒长增速率达最大值的时间比粒宽、粒厚、体积要早 ,吐丝后 1 8d粒厚达到最大值 ;籽粒鲜重和干重增长的动态符合Logistic生长曲线 ,分别在吐丝后 1 4~ 1 5d和吐丝后 1 7~ 1 8d是增长速度的转折点 ;籽粒中水分持续增加是粒重增加的主要因素 ;籽粒中可溶性糖含量的变化动态符合一元二次方程曲线y=a +bx+cx2 ,吐丝后 1 9~ 2 1d达最大值后 ,下降速度加快
With Hua Tian Yu 1 as test material, the dynamics of grain length, width, thickness, fresh weight, dry weight, water content and soluble sugar of sweet corn were systematically studied. The results showed that the grain length, width, thickness and volume of sweet corn continued to increase after fertilization began. The grain growth rate reached the maximum value longer than grain width, grain thickness and volume, and the grain thickness reached the maximum at 18 days after silking. The dynamic changes of grain fresh weight and dry weight accorded with Logistic growth curve, After 14 ~ 15 days and 17 ~ 18 days after silking, it was the turning point of growth rate. The continuous increase of water content in grains was the main factor of grain weight increase. The dynamic changes of soluble sugar content in grains accorded with the curve of quadratic equation y = a + bx + cx2, after spinning 1 9 ~ 2 1d up to the maximum, the rate of decline accelerated
