本文应用PCR检测阴道炎,宫颈糜烂和宫颈癌病变部位分泌物中的乳头瘤病毒DNA,共138例,结果表明:44例阴道炎中8例阳性占18.18%,80例宫颈糜烂中37例阳性占46.25%,14例宫颈癌11例阳性占78.5%,所设对照组20例正常标本均为阴性。目前,用核酸杂交试验已将HPV分成至少50多个型,本文实验所用引物可以扩增所有型的HPV。并且本实验模板制备方法非常简单,不会引起模板丢失。因此,聚合酶链反应非常适用于快速检测乳头瘤病毒的感染,实验表明乳头瘤病毒与宫颈糜烂和宫颈癌的发生密切相关。
In this paper, PCR was used to detect papillomavirus DNA in vaginal inflammation, cervical erosion and cervical cancer lesions, a total of 138 cases, the results showed that: 44 cases of vaginitis in 8 cases accounted for 18.18%, 80 cases of cervical erosion in 37 cases Accounting for 46.25%, 11 cases of 14 cases of cervical cancer positive accounted for 78.5%, the control group of 20 normal specimens were negative. Currently, HPV subtypes have been divided into at least 50 genotypes by using the nucleic acid hybridization test. Primers used in this experiment can amplify all types of HPV. And the experimental template preparation method is very simple, will not cause template loss. Therefore, the polymerase chain reaction is very suitable for rapid detection of papillomavirus infection, experiments show that papillomavirus and cervical erosion and cervical cancer are closely related.
