自1984年始,上海的外来流动人口每年以25万的速度递增,1988年已突破200万。外来人口的大量涌入,既促进了上海的经济、文化发展,也带来了一系列社会问题,其中外来人口犯罪已是一个突出问题。 本文通过对上海虹口区、闸北区、青浦县人民法院审判的外来人口犯罪案件的调查分析,以认识外来人口犯罪这一社会现象,进而提出相应的社会综合预防对策。
Since 1984, the number of migrants in Shanghai has increased at an annual rate of 250,000. In 1988, it exceeded 2 million. The influx of migrants has not only promoted the economic and cultural development of Shanghai, but also brought about a series of social problems. The crime of migrants has become a prominent issue. This article investigates and analyzes the criminal cases of immigrants in trial in Hongkou District, Zhabei District and Qingpu County People’s Courts of Shanghai to recognize the social phenomenon of the crime of migrant population and then put forward corresponding social comprehensive preventive measures.
