1 引言 纸上燐光、荧光分析法应用于有机物分析的报道较多,但应用于金属离子的研究很少。本文将吡啶-2,6-二羧酸(DPA)应用于纸上荧光分析法测定Eu~(3+),Tb~(3+),操业简单、快速、灵敏度高。 2 实验方法 2.1 操作步骤 将层析滤纸剪成3×1cm的小条,用尖端磨平的5μl微量注射器点上0.01mol/L DPA水溶液1μl,略干后在同一位置点上0.1~20μg/ml的Eu~(3+)、Tb~(3+)离子溶液1μl,在红外干燥箱内烘干3min后,移入干燥器(硅胶)内放置5min,放大固体试样架进行测定。激发和荧光狭缝宽度分别为20nm和5nm,以
1 Introduction Paper calendering, fluorescence analysis of organic compounds used in more reports, but applied to the study of metal ions rarely. In this paper, pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid (DPA) was applied to the determination of Eu 3+ and Tb 3+ by fluorescence analysis on paper. The method is simple, rapid and sensitive. 2 Experimental Method 2.1 Procedure Chromatography filter paper cut into 3 × 1cm strips, with a tip of 5μl micro-point syringe spot 0.01mol / L DPA aqueous solution 1μl, slightly dry in the same location on the point of 0.1 ~ 20μg / ml Of Eu 3+ and Tb 3+ ion solution, dried in an infrared oven for 3min, then transferred to a desiccator (silica gel) for 5min, and the solid sample rack was enlarged for determination.
