用感染白斑综合症病毒病的中国对虾头胸甲 ,对健康的仔虾进行人工投喂感染实验 ;同时从病虾中分离出病毒悬液作为毒种 ,对卵、无节幼体、蚤状幼体和糠虾幼体进行不同温度条件下的人工浸浴实验。结果表明 ,卵和无节幼体、蚤状幼体、糠虾幼体对病毒悬液不敏感 ,病理切片观察未见特征性病变。仔虾均采用人工投喂感染方式 ,电镜和光镜病理切片结果为 :电镜观察发现了大量的病毒粒子 ;光镜病理切片可观察到鳃上皮、前肠上皮有包涵体样病变 ,同时在肝胰腺组织中发现了肝胰腺细小病毒 ( HPV)包涵体。
In this experiment, the healthy larvae were challenged by artificial feeding with Chinese white shrimp croaker infected with white spot syndrome virus. At the same time, the virus suspension was isolated from diseased shrimp as a kind of virus and the eggs, nauplii, And moss larvae were immersed in artificial bath under different temperature conditions. The results showed that eggs and nauplii, flea larvae and shrimp larvae were not sensitive to the virus suspension, and no pathological changes were observed in the pathological sections. The larvae were fed by artificial feeding, electron microscopy and light microscopy pathological results: electron microscopy found a large number of virions; light microscopy pathological gill epithelial, foregut epithelial inclusions like lesions, while in the liver and pancreas Hepatophanular Parvovirus (HPV) inclusion bodies were found in the tissue.
