以石墨烯浆料为原料,采用抽滤的方法制成薄膜状石墨,比较研究了2种加压方式、热处理温度对石墨膜导热性能的影响。结果表明,高温热处理能有效提高石墨膜导热性能,1 200℃的热处理即可使热导率达到560 W/(m·K),但进一步提高温度直到3 000℃,再提高的效果有限。在1 800℃下热压可使热导率提高到910 W/(m·K),因此加压热处理对提高石墨薄膜的热导率效率更高。
The graphene slurry was used as raw material, and the graphite film was made by suction filtration. The effects of two kinds of pressurization methods and heat treatment temperature on the thermal conductivity of graphite film were compared. The results show that high temperature heat treatment can effectively improve the thermal conductivity of graphite film. The thermal conductivity of graphite film can reach 560 W / (m · K) after heat treatment at 1 200 ℃, but the effect is limited if the temperature is increased further to 3 000 ℃. Hot pressing at 1800 ℃ increases the thermal conductivity to 910 W / (m · K), so the autoclave heat treatment is more effective to improve the thermal conductivity of the graphite film.
