社会培训承担着一个社会教育的责任,是基础教育和学校教育的补充。在西方,社会培训已经成为劳动就业、简单技能最直接的教育培训形式,每年的接受培训人数是整体国民的百分之十二,远远大于我国的数字和比例。当前我国社会成人教育培训存在着市场秩序混乱、培训机构缺乏经验和应有资质、师资力量严重缺乏、培训质量难以保证等瓶颈问题。要想解决这个问题,一定要多方努力,大力推进社会培训,促进社会培训的健康快速发展。
Social training takes on the responsibility of a social education and complements basic education and school education. In the West, social training has become the most direct form of education and training for employment and simple skills. The number of people trained annually is 12% of the total nationals, which is far greater than the figures and proportions in our country. At present, there are bottlenecks in China’s social adult education and training such as the chaotic market order, the lack of experience and qualified training institutions, the severe shortage of teachers and the difficulty of ensuring the quality of training. To solve this problem, we must make concerted efforts to promote social training and promote the healthy and rapid development of social training.
