中央组织部部长李源潮5月19日在全国干部监督工作会议上指出,近年来用人上的不正之风和腐败现象依然是干部群众反映强烈的突出问题,要以最坚决的态度,用制度和机制遏制“潜规则”。近期我刊特别就此问题进行探讨。
