《国务院关于深化医药卫生体制改革的意见》中明确指出:改革人事制度,完善分配激励机制,推行聘用制度和岗位管理制度,严格工资总额管理,实行以服务质量及岗位工作量为主的综合绩效考核和岗位绩效工资制度,有效调动医务人员的积极性,是当前深化医药卫生体制改革的方向。本文结合我院绩效工资分配方案,探索一套以工作量核算为基础、以质量控制为重点、以综合评价为手段的绩效分配方案。

Based on the performance salary distribution plan of our college, this paper explores a performance allocation plan based on workload accounting, focusing on quality control and using comprehensive evaluation as a means.
