The interaction of vascular endothelial cells with circulating blood cells, such as monocytes, is of crucial importance in the development and progression of important cardiovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis. A large number of atherosclerosis related factors also act on these cells. We have found that high mobility group Ⅰ (HMG Ⅰ) can promote ECV30 4 nuclear transcription factor NF-κB and PDGF -
