目的研究谷红注射液、红花黄色素氯化钠注射液、丹参川穹嗪注射液对生化检验项目是否存在体外分析干扰。方法采集30名经健康体检正常的社会志愿者血液,混合血清做基础样本,取基础样本20倍稀释3种药物原液作为实验样本,取基础样本20倍稀释注射用水做对照样本。分别测定基础样本和对照样本中的TBIL、DBIL、AST、ALT、LDH、UREA、CREA、UA、TCHO、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、α-HBDH、CK、CK-MB、HCY、CYC-C,通过计算得出3种药物对各检验项目是否存在干扰可能。结果 3种药物中谷红注射液对CREA、UA、LDH、CK、CK-MB、TBIL、DBIL、TP、HCY存在分析干扰可能,红花黄色素氯化钠注射液对实验中的CREA、UA、TCHO、LDH、CK、CK-MB、TBIL、DBIL、TP、HCY存在分析干扰可能,丹参川穹嗪注射液对REA、UA、TCHO、α-HBDH、CK、TBIL、DBIL、TP、HCY存在分析干扰可能。结论谷红注射液、红花注射液、丹参川穹嗪注射液对部分生化检验项目存在干扰可能。
Objective To study the effects of Guhong injection, safflower yellow sodium chloride injection and Salvia miltiorrhiza injection on the biochemical test items in vitro analysis. Methods Blood was collected from 30 healthy volunteers with normal physical examination. Mixed serum was taken as the basic sample. 20 times of the basic sample was used to dilute the three drug solutions as the experimental sample, and 20 times of the basic sample was used as the control sample. The levels of TBIL, DBIL, AST, ALT, LDH, UREA, CREA, UA, TCHO, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, α-HBDH, CK, CK-MB, HCY, CYC in the basal and control samples -C, calculated by the three kinds of drugs on the test items whether interference exists. Results The three drugs Zhongguhong injection on CREA, UA, LDH, CK, CK-MB, TBIL, DBIL, TP, HCY interference analysis may exist, safflower yellow sodium chloride injection on the experimental CREA, UA, TCHO, LDH, CK, CK-MB, TBIL, DBIL, TP, HCY exist analysis of interference may exist, Salvia Miltiorrhizin injection of REA, UA, TCHO, α-HBDH, CK, TBIL, DBIL, TP, Interference may be. Conclusion Valley red injection, safflower injection, Salvia miltiorrhiza injection of some biochemical test items may interfere with the project.
