为适应电能质量监测系统网络化、信息化、标准化和智能化的发展趋势,针对电能质量监测终端数据格式、通信方式不统一和系统运行效率低下等问题,在分析电能质量监测系统现状和主要组网方式的基础上,提出采用混合式三层结构进行组网,系统设计采用C/S+B/S结构体系,监测平台基于数据库实现模块化设计,基于IEC61850标准实现监测设备的建模和开发,采用符合IEC61970标准的组件技术实现子系统的集成。实际省级电能质量监测系统运行结果表明,该系统可满足实际电能质量监测需要,符合实际监测网建设规律,能有效保证监测系统的兼容性、开放性和可扩展性要求。
In order to meet the development trend of network quality, informationization, standardization and intelligence of power quality monitoring system, aiming at such issues as the terminal data format of power quality monitoring terminal, the inconsistent communication mode and the inefficiency of system operation, this paper analyzes the current situation of power quality monitoring system and the main groups Based on the network mode, a hybrid three-layer structure is proposed for networking. The system design adopts C / S + B / S structure system. The monitoring platform implements modular design based on database, and the modeling and development of monitoring equipment based on IEC61850 standard , Using components in line with IEC61970 standard technology subsystem integration. The actual provincial power quality monitoring system operation results show that the system can meet the actual power quality monitoring needs, in line with the actual monitoring network construction law, can effectively ensure the monitoring system compatibility, openness and scalability requirements.
