全国水运工程标准技术委员会海岸动力分委员会第五次会议于一九九○年十月二十日至二十七日在南京召开。本次会议审定了交通部港口工程技术规范中《海港水文》和《防波堤》两本规范的四项成果: 1、联合概率法推算极值水位;2. 斜坡式建筑物顶部胸墙上的波浪力计算;3、斜坡式建筑物上波浪爬落的计算;4、直立堤基床栅栏板护面的计算方法。
The Fifth Meeting of the Coastal Power Sub-Committee of the National Technical Committee for Waterway Construction Standards was held in Nanjing from October 20 to July 20, 1990.
