笔者最近对重庆能源投资集团松藻煤电公司所属的7个生产单位的30个基层班组建设的状况进行了调查摸底。从调查的情况看:先进班组(按照松藻煤电公司班组建设先进班组考核标准,下同)占被调查班组总数的60%,合格班组占37%,落后班组仅占3%。一、塑造先进典型领航班组建设整体步伐近年来,松藻煤电公司以“五十佳班组”等先进典型旗帜引领,在提高班组建设方面成效明显。这说明,塑造班组典型,对于企业班组建设整体推进,具有十分重要的现实意义。
Recently, I conducted an investigation into the status of construction of 30 grass-roots team units in 7 production units owned by Chongqing Energy Investment Group Songzao Coal and Electricity Company. According to the investigation, the advanced team (accounting for the advanced team in Songzao Coal and Electricity Company, the same below) account for 60% of the total team surveyed, 37% of qualified team and 3% of backward team. I. Building the Overall Pace of Construction of Advanced Typical Pilot Classes In recent years, Songzao Coal and Electricity Company has led with advanced typical flag such as “Top 50 Best Team” and achieved remarkable results in improving the construction of the squad and crew. This shows that shaping the typical team, for the overall advancement of corporate team, has very important practical significance.
