每个制浆或造纸厂都经历过设备故障和由此引起的停机检修。这是因为造纸厂的设备是在极端恶劣的生产环境(高温、使用各种化学品)中运行。其实,导致设备故障的原因中有许多是可以避免的。其中,加强纸厂润滑系统的管理就是一项可以避免设备故障的措施。
Every pulp or paper mill has experienced equipment failure and the resulting downtime. This is because paper mill equipment operates in extremely harsh production environments (high temperatures, using a variety of chemicals).
