目的：使用了螺环酮对苯二氮类药物的增效作用治疗失眠症。方法：经苯二氮类药物治疗一个月效果不明显的失眠症患者30例，给予丁螺环酮作增效治疗。结果：使失眠症患者入睡时间缩短，睡眠时间延长，未出现严重副反应。
Objective: Spirozolone is used to treat insomnia by the synergistic effect of benzodiazepines. Methods: Thirty patients with insomnia who had no significant effect by benzodiazepines for one month were given buspirone as synergistic therapy. Results: The insomnia patients to fall asleep time, prolonged sleep, no serious side effects.
