研究了SiCp/ZA27复合材料粒子含量、粒度对其不同温度下的磨损行为的影响,探讨了磨损机制。结果表明:SiCp的加入明显提高ZA27的高温耐磨性能,且随其数量的增多而增强;SiCp的粒度有一最优值。其磨损机制与SiCp的粒度、含量以及测试温度有关。耐磨性增加的主要原因是SiCp提高了基体抵抗变形的能力。
The effect of particle content and particle size on the wear behavior of SiCp / ZA27 composites at different temperatures was studied. The wear mechanism was also discussed. The results show that the addition of SiCp significantly improves the wear resistance of ZA27 at high temperature, and increases with the increase of the amount of SiCp. The particle size of SiCp has an optimal value. The wear mechanism and SiCp particle size, content and test temperature. The main reason for the increased wear resistance is that SiCp improves the matrix’s resistance to deformation.
