各市无线电管理处:为加强对浙江省业余无线电台的管理,使业余无线电活动更加健康有序地开展,根据《浙江省业余无线电台设台管理暂行规定》试行一年来的实践情况,在归纳总结各方意见的基础上,修改制定了《浙江省业余无线电台设台管理规定》,现予发布施行。原《浙江省信息产业厅关于印发(浙江省业余无线电台设台管理暂行规定)的通知》(浙信无[2005]78号)同时废止。
Radio Management Office of each city: In order to strengthen the management of amateur radio stations in Zhejiang Province, the amateur radio activities should be conducted in a more healthy and orderly manner. According to the actual situation in the past year of trial implementation of the Provisional Regulations on the Establishment of amateur Radio Station in Zhejiang Province, On the basis of the opinions of all parties, the “Provisions on the Establishment of amateur Radio Station in Zhejiang Province” were formulated and amended and will be promulgated and implemented. The original “Notice of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Information Industry on Printing and Distributing (Interim Provisions on the Establishment of amateur Radio Station in Zhejiang Province)” (Zhexin 无 [2005] No. 78) shall be abolished at the same time.
